Second Coming of Christ

Hello Mr. Weiss,

I'm a new subscriber to your newsletters and appreciate your wisdom as I forge a retirement plan for myself. I do not know if you can help me, but I have been working on this concept for 7yrs and have finally completed a Bill that I'm proposing to Congress. The newsletters that I subscribe to are basically saying the same as you. We're going to Hell in a Hand basket. I have not heard from my Congressman yet, but I would sure appreciate your explanation of why my concept would not change our World's economic direction short of apathy and corruption.

Thank You in Advance,

Nathan J. Isbell

  • Makes a lot of sense. I'm not an expert in estate planning, but isn't this similar to charitable remainder trusts? Are you proposing it be mandatory?

Hello Martin,

Yes, in fact the Fidelity Group will create a foundation for an individual to bequeath a yield check eternally to charities of their choice. As long as there are existing Charitible entities named as members of the LLC, the foundation will continue to exist. This is how you navigate through the perpetuity laws that a simple Trust does not address, thereby total liquidation of the Estate is NOT mandated to transpire. The Fidelity concept is the same as I am proposing within the Legacy Will and Trust Bill, but the living members are our children, grandchildren, great, great, great, etc... and Charities as well as Passions. Thus creating a personal Legacy for our descendants to remember us, "I Was Here LLC", via our own inspirational words on each and every Legacy check disbursed eternally.

No Not mandatory, I'm requesting the Gov't to incentivize citizens to participate with a small initial deposit into our Estate/Foundation/LLC from our Gov't at the time of our passing, just for completing a FREE Non-Nationalized Personal Foundation for ourselves for the benefit of future generations.

On a side note, it will be firms like yours that people will look to manage their Financial Estates after they're long gone. The comforting factor is, the heirs can change brokers with a majority vote if the yield doesn't meet the predetermined expections of the deceased. Therefore the deceased will know their Estate will remain on a competitive edge for profits to be bequeathed to their Heirs, Passions and Charities eternally.

I want to thank you so much for taking the time out of your busy schedule to understand the concept I so desperately want heard. I respect your intellect and a statement like "Makes a lot of sense" encourages me to "Endeavor to Persevere" faced with adversity.

Do you know of anyone that can help me get Congressional Co-Sponsors for this Bill? "IT" seems to be bogged down in Gov't bureaucracy as "IT" was shifted to the Congressional Research Service and I was told by the Congressman's Legislative Assistant there would be no time frame for a response from the "CRS".

Thanks again for your Time and Thoughtful Consideration,
